Can I view my calls online?
Times Telecom customers automatically receive access to our online account management tool, by clicking on to MyAccount. This customized tool allows you to compare and track your spending month to month. Plus, you can analyze your calling patterns by destination, date or even call duration.

How long does it take to activate my Times Telecom long distance service?
For Dial-Up Service, activation of a qualified account will usually take effect within 2 business days. For Equal Access, activation of a qualified account will usually take effect within 5-7 business days.

How do I know if I am using the Times Network for a Direct Dial account?
To find out who your long distance carrier is for direct dialing, you can call toll-free (at no charge) 1-700-555-4141 to hear a recorded message of who your long distance carrier is. If does not say Times Telecom, then contact customer service so that we can activate your services as quickly as possible.

How many numbers may I register for Times Telecom Dial-up Service?
You may register up to 3 phone numbers on your Times Telecount for our Dial-up Service. The numbers registered can be a land line or a cellular number. Once registered, you simply need to dial the local access number and then the destination number. You do not need to know your PIN number.

Can I only use Times Dial-up Service from my registered phone numbers?
No, you may use Times Dial-up Service from un-registered numbers. You simply need to know your PIN # and you can use it from any telephone.

What is a PIN number?
A PIN number is your 9 or 11-digit activation code to use your Times Telecom Dial-Up service. Keep, it in a safe, secure place and do not share it with people you do not want using your account. If someone knows your Times Telecom PIN number, then they can use it to charge long distance calls to your Times Telecom account.

When will I need a PIN number?
You will need to enter a PIN number if you are making long distance calls from a phone number not registered on your Times Telecom account. This enables you to use Times Telecom to make long distance savings from any telephone, anytime. If you use this phone number frequently to make long distance calls, then you can contact customer service and ask them to register it on your account so that you do not need to punch in a PIN number each time you make a long distance call from this phone.

What can I do if I experience any problems connecting my calls?
Contact Customer service and report the problem immediately. To help us determine the problem, please provide us with the number you are dialing from, the destination number you are trying to reach, and the time in which you attempted this call. Our technicians are working around the clock to investigate and troubleshoot any problems.

How can I pay for my bill?
MAIL: Make cheque payable to Times Telecom (USA), Inc. and mail to 411 E. Huntington Drive, Suite 117 Arcadia, CA91006. Do not mail cash.

BANK: Most major financial institutions and bank machines accept payment of Times Telecom Inc. invoice. Client should contact their bank to confirm payment acceptance.

TELEPHONE & INTERNET PAYMENTS: Telephone or Internet banking payments can be made at the following financial institutions:

PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT: Payments can be automatically made every month using a checking or a credit card account. Monthly outstanding balances are debited on the invoice due date.
